Clouds Unfold Leadership Development Programme

Trade union leaders and senior teams are under massive pressure. Because of that, Clouds Unfold in partnership with GFTU, have created a bespoke leadership development programme for the union movement.

The coaching programme, designed for the leadership and senior management levels of trade unions, enables them to become highly effective performers. This intervention equips senior management to deal with increasingly complex issues and the challenge of driving change through their organisations. The output is about greater confidence and clarity of thought, smarter decision-making, and more effective internal and external communications. This is a vital part of CPD for senior trade union leaders.

Long-standing Director of Quorn Grange Hotel and the GFTU Educational Trust, Steve Orchard, works with leaders on a range of skills including:

The programme can be provided one-to-one or in team workshops – or as a combination of the two. We’ve worked with several union leaders on this development with great success and they will be very happy to provide a recommendation of the programme.
