Back in 2012, we identified a gap in how many trade unions managed their membership and casework. Processes were often fragmented, outdated, and heavily reliant on manual effort. This insight led to the creation of the Union Management System (UMS) — a custom-built platform that streamlined case management, improved data quality, and empowered officers and reps to better serve their members.
UMS was just the beginning. Over the past decade, Hall Technologies has supported Aegis through a complete technology transformation, including:
