GFTU Back Office Support: Finance Team Support
We have a fully qualified and dedicated Finance Team with expertise and access to Sage 50 software and are able to offer affiliated unions the opportunity to share their in-house work and can outsource either part of or the full range of work on either a short or longer term basis. A number of unions have taken advantage of this service and the GFTU have adjusted their capacity to accommodate: Pay roll, Pensions Administration, Sales and Purchase Ledger, Management Accounting, Statutory Returns, Co-ordination of Auditing, Technical Advice and Development Support.
GFTU's Wonderful Hotel in Leicestershire: Quorn Grange Hotel
Quorn Grange Hotel in rural Leicestershire now houses The GFTU's National Office and has become a vital part of the GFTU's strategy for growth and sustainability, generating revenue for the Educational Trust through its Trading Company. In addition to the local community and businesses, the GFTU and its Affiliated Unions routinely use the Hotel for meetings, conferences, training and other events.
With attractive award-winning gardens and facilities that have been developed recently, the Hotel now comprises conferencing space for up to 200 people, 65 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and an atmosphere that is welcoming and calm. On the site there are also 10 mews houses (1, 2 and 3 bedroom) for rent and we invite you to use the Hotel as if it were home-from-home.
